Breadboard Basics
Breadboards are used for rapid-prototyping of electronic/computer circuits:
- Allows for rapid design cycles, but speed comes at a cost.
- The cost is weaker circuit performance.
- Weaker performance is due to parasitic capacitiance and inductance.
- For most digital circuits, the parasitics do not overwhelm the processor.
